Hi! I'm JoElle Lee
I am an esthetician, educator, and founder of the Skin of Color Global Institute with over 25 years of experience specializing in advanced esthetic treatments for melanin-rich skin.
Known as the esthetician to Michelle Obama, I have spent my career helping skincare professionals safely and confidently treat Skin of Color through clinical education, consultation strategy, and hands-on implementation training.
I am also the author of two esthetics books and have trained thousands of estheticians, medical spa professionals, educators, and skincare providers around the world.
My work focuses on helping professionals strengthen their consultation process, protocols, treatment decision-making, and confidence when treating Skin of Color in real clinical settings.
